OBJECTIVE

The primary objective of the NARL-KRCF Bilateral Workshop is to facilitate a collaborative platform between the National Applied Research Laboratories (NARL), Taiwan, and the Korea Research Council of Fundamental Science and Technology (KRCF), Korea, to achieve innovation, integration, and partnership for science and technology research through conducting collaborative researches, exchanging scientific and technological dialogues and researcher visits.

 

BACKGROUND

NARL-KRCF Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed in June 2012 at NARL, Taipei. The MoU outlines a framework for 5-year bilateral cooperation in the areas of science and technology: policy research, instrument/equipment technology, high-performance computing & network, information science, bio-medical, nanotechnology, and space & satellite. 2013 NARL-KRCF Bilateral Workshop is the first important event based on the MoU.
